JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in US HR operations to support our team remotely. Key responsibilities include:

* Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.

* Employee Management: Update employee records in Paycom, handle inquiries, and coordinate temporary staffing and training initiatives.

* Payroll & Benefits: Process bi-weekly payroll, manage benefits programs, and assist with 401K administration.

* Compliance: Ensure adherence to US employment laws and maintain employee documentation.

* Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and employee development programs.

* Communication: Disseminate company policies and updates.

* Talent Management (Paycom): Set up and manage talent management features in Paycom.

EXPERIENCE:

* US Payroll: 3 years (Required)

* Human Resources Manager: 3 years (Required)

* US Benefits Administration: 1 year (Required)

* US Recruitment: 1 year (Required)

* Language: English (Required)



QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3+ years of HR experience in US HR operations, including payroll

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office 365
