Title:  Payroll and HR Support Specialist

Salary:  PHP300 - 450/hour

Wirk Hours:  9am-5pm US EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with California labor laws.
• Handle payroll data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
• Support HR tasks, including onboarding documentation and employee record management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of US payroll experience, with expertise in California regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Workday, or UKG preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication.
• Payroll for California-based or multi-state companies (50–500 employees), is an advantage.
• Must have high-speed internet, secure workspace, and reliable computer.
